Welcome

What is Totlob?

Totlob runs a shop end to end. Cashiers sell from a fast, touch-friendly till, and owners manage the business from a web dashboard. Stock, orders, staff and the accounts stay in sync across every branch.

Built for real shops

Totlob runs in live shops today, including a bookshop with a café counter. That one business needs most of what retail needs:

  • Tens of thousands of products with barcodes, photos, prices and detailed information (a book has an ISBN, author, publisher, binding and condition).
  • Made-to-order items like coffee, where every drink can be customised ("oat milk, extra shot, no sugar").
  • Several branches, each with its own stock, shelves, tills and staff.
  • Cash, card and mobile wallet payments, with the drawer counted at the end of every shift.
  • Delivery and in-store orders handled from one orders list.

The three pieces

Point of sale

The till. Find or scan a product, customise it, take payment, print the receipt.

Merchant dashboard

The back office. Products, stock, orders, customers, staff, discounts and reports.

Cash drawer & shifts

Open with a float, record cash in and out, and close with a blind count.

Reports & accounting

18 ready-made reports on sales, stock, customers and the books, exportable to Excel.

The dashboard Overview: revenue, orders and recent activity at a glance.

The platform sits behind both apps. It holds all the data and applies the rules (prices, tax, discounts, stock and permissions) the same way everywhere. A price shown at the till is always the price charged, and a sale lowers stock in the dashboard at the moment it happens.

What makes it different

One record of the truth. The till and the dashboard read and write the same data. Nothing needs exporting or syncing at the end of the day.

Controls that owners trust. The cashier counts the drawer before seeing what the system expects, so the count is honest. Manual discounts need a manager's PIN. Every cash movement needs a reason. Every sale records who made it and in which shift.

Branches done properly. Stock, shelves, tills and staff permissions are all per branch. A manager can be given full control of one branch and no access to another.

Two languages. The dashboard works fully in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout and translated product and shop names.

Accounting built in. Every sale, payment, refund and expense posts to a proper set of books automatically, and exchange rates are tracked per currency.

About the screenshots

Screenshots throughout the tour come from Zeitoun Goods, a demo bakery-and-deli shop with sample data. Your shop's products, branches and staff will appear in their place.
