A desktop till app for Windows, Mac and Linux that keeps working when the internet drops:

The catalogue is kept on the till, so browsing, search and scanning are instant, online or not.
Sales made offline get a local receipt number and send themselves automatically when the connection returns.
A link badge shows the connection status, with a Sync now button and a queue of anything waiting to send.
Manager discount PINs work offline, with limits per sale and per shift.

Exchange rates will update automatically every day, using a source that quotes the Lebanese pound at its real market rate.

The platform is moving to a new cloud setup for better speed and reliability.

Kitchen and barista tickets	Send made-to-order items to a screen or printer behind the counter, using the modifiers' short ticket labels.
Held sales	Park a sale at the till and come back to it.
Reprint from history	Reprint any past receipt from the drawer history.
Live courier integration	Buy shipping labels and get live rates and tracking from delivery companies.
Loyalty	Reward returning customers.
Notifications	Alerts for new orders and other events, beyond today's in-app notices for cancellations.
Arabic on the till	The till is laid out ready for right-to-left; Arabic screens are planned.
AI assistant	A chat assistant inside the dashboard. The panel exists behind a switch and isn't connected to an AI service yet.
