Reports & accounting
Totlob keeps a full set of books in the background and turns them into ready-made reports on sales, stock, customers and the accounts.
Ready-made reports
Install the Reports app to get 18 reports:

Each report has its own filters (dates, branches, categories…). Every report can be printed or exported to Excel, with group headings and subtotals kept.
Staff only see the reports their role allows. Financial reports such as the trial balance can be restricted separately from operational ones.
Accounting that happens by itself
Every shop gets a ready-made chart of accounts: cash, bank, card payments in transit, receivables, tax owed, sales, shipping income, discounts given, and common expenses like rent, salaries and utilities.
Totlob records the entries for you:
- Sales and the tax on them
- Payments, whether cash, card or wallet, including part payments
- Cash pay-outs from the drawer, filed as expenses under the category the cashier chose
Entries can't be edited after the fact, only reversed, so the books stay trustworthy.
Expenses
Owners can record other expenses (rent, utilities, supplies) and see an expense summary by category.
Currencies and exchange rates
- Each shop trades in its own currency. Prices are shown and charged in that currency.
- Totlob supports 14 currencies, including USD, EUR, AED and LBP.
- Exchange rates are kept by date. A shop can set its own rate, which overrides the shared one.
- A daily rate update is in progress, using a source that quotes the Lebanese pound at its real market rate.
